1. ABOUT IGNITE EXPERIENCE
Ignite Experience is an events and entertainment company that plans, promotes, coordinates and/or facilitates entertainment experiences, events, performances and related services.
For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "Ignite Experience", "we", "us" or "our" refers to Ignite Experience and its authorised representatives.
"You", "your" or "user" refers to any person who accesses or uses this website or participates in an event promoted, organised or facilitated by Ignite Experience.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By using this website, submitting an enquiry, purchasing or attempting to purchase a ticket through a ticketing platform linked to this website, or attending an event associated with Ignite Experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Additional terms may apply to particular events, ticket types, promotions, competitions, services or third-party platforms. Where additional terms apply, those terms will be communicated to you and may form part of your agreement with us.
3. WEBSITE USE
You agree to use the Ignite Experience website lawfully and responsibly.
You may not:
Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purposes.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, server, database or administrative systems.
Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
Upload malicious software, viruses or harmful code.
Copy, reproduce, modify or distribute website content without permission.

4. EVENTS AND EVENT INFORMATION
Event dates, venues, artists, performers, running times, schedules and other event information published on the website are subject to change.
Ignite Experience will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to attendees through appropriate communication channels.
We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary, to:
Change the event programme.
Change performance times.
Change artists or performers.
Change the venue.
Change the event date.
Change seating arrangements.
Modify event activities.
Introduce reasonable security or entry requirements.
Where an event is changed, postponed or cancelled, the applicable terms relating to refunds, ticket transfers or alternative arrangements will be communicated to ticket holders.
5. TICKETS
Tickets for Ignite Experience events may be sold through third-party ticketing platforms.
The ticketing platform may have its own terms and conditions, payment policies and refund procedures. You are responsible for reviewing those terms before purchasing a ticket.
A ticket is valid only for the event, date, time and ticket category specified on the ticket.
You must retain your ticket and present it in the required format when entering the venue.
Ignite Experience reserves the right to refuse admission where:
A ticket is invalid.
A ticket has been duplicated, altered, cancelled or obtained fraudulently.
The ticket does not correspond with the applicable event.
The attendee fails to comply with venue or event rules.
The attendee is unable to satisfy reasonable security requirements.
The attendee presents a risk to themselves, other attendees, staff, performers or the venue.
6. TICKET REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS AND POSTPONEMENTS
Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, tickets are generally non-refundable once purchased, subject to applicable South African law and the specific terms communicated for that event.
If an event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed, Ignite Experience will communicate the available options to affected ticket holders.
Where a refund is applicable, the refund process may be administered through the ticketing platform through which the ticket was purchased.
Ignite Experience is not responsible for additional costs incurred by attendees, including but not limited to:
Travel expenses.
Accommodation.
Transport.
Meals.
Visa costs.
Parking expenses.
Other personal expenses.

7. VENUE RULES AND SECURITY
All attendees must comply with the rules of the venue and reasonable instructions issued by Ignite Experience, venue management, security personnel and event staff.
For safety and security purposes, attendees may be subject to security checks before entering the venue.
Depending on the event, prohibited items may include, but are not limited to:
Weapons or dangerous objects.
Glass bottles or glass containers.
Illegal substances.
Items that could endanger another person.
Unauthorised professional recording equipment.
Items specifically prohibited by the venue.
The prohibited-items list may vary depending on the event and venue.
Ignite Experience reserves the right to refuse entry or remove a person from an event where that person breaches event or venue rules or behaves in a manner that threatens the safety, security or enjoyment of other attendees.
No refund will necessarily be provided where a person is refused entry or removed because of their own conduct or breach of applicable rules, subject to applicable law.
8. AGE REQUIREMENTS
Age restrictions may apply to individual events.
Where an event has an age restriction, attendees may be required to provide valid identification.
Ignite Experience reserves the right to refuse entry where an attendee cannot provide appropriate proof of age where such proof is reasonably required.
Parents, guardians or accompanying adults remain responsible for minors attending an event where minors are permitted.
9. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO AND RECORDING
Ignite Experience and/or authorised photographers, videographers, media partners or event personnel may photograph, film or otherwise record events.
By attending an Ignite Experience event, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in photographs, videos or other recordings taken during the event.
Such recordings may be used for legitimate event, promotional, marketing, social media, advertising, archival or publicity purposes, subject to applicable law.
If you have a specific concern regarding the use of your identifiable image, please contact Ignite Experience using the contact details provided on the website.
10. ARTIST AND PERFORMER CHANGES
Artist and performer line-ups may be subject to change due to circumstances including illness, travel restrictions, visa or immigration requirements, scheduling conflicts, technical issues, force majeure events or other circumstances outside Ignite Experience's reasonable control.
A change to an individual artist or performer does not automatically constitute cancellation of the entire event.
Where applicable, Ignite Experience will communicate significant changes to attendees.
11. PROMOTIONS AND SPECIAL OFFERS
Promotions, competitions, discounts and special offers may be subject to additional terms.
Unless otherwise stated:
Promotions are subject to availability.
Promotions may have specified start and end dates.
Promotions may not be exchanged for cash.
Promotional offers may not be combined unless expressly permitted.
Ignite Experience reserves the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary and subject to applicable law.
12. PAYMENTS
Payments for tickets, services or other products may be processed by third-party payment providers.
Ignite Experience does not retain or directly process complete payment-card information unless expressly stated otherwise.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.
If a payment fails, is reversed, disputed or identified as fraudulent, the associated transaction may be cancelled or suspended.
13. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES
The Ignite Experience website may contain links to third-party websites, including ticketing platforms, social media platforms, payment providers, venues, artists or other service providers.
These third-party websites are not controlled by Ignite Experience.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Ignite Experience and/or the venue will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Do not leave valuable items unattended.
22. HEALTH AND SAFETY
Attendees are responsible for taking reasonable care of their own health and safety and complying with reasonable safety instructions.
If you have a medical condition, accessibility requirement or other circumstance that may affect your attendance, please contact Ignite Experience or the relevant venue in advance where appropriate.
Emergency procedures and venue safety instructions must be followed at all times.
23. FORCE MAJEURE
Ignite Experience will not be responsible for delays, cancellations, interruptions or changes caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
These may include, without limitation:
Natural disasters.
Severe weather.
Fire.
Floods.
Epidemics or pandemics.
Government action.
Civil unrest.
War.
Terrorism.
Transport disruptions.
Power failures.
Venue closures.
Artist illness or emergencies.
Visa or immigration issues.

24. COMPLAINTS AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and respond to legitimate complaints.
For ticket-related issues, you may also need to contact the ticketing provider through which your ticket was purchased.
